A new open access data set, containing a collection of user generated content (UGC) captured using a mobile device has been released by the BBC on behalf of the COGNITUS project, for the purpose of scientific research. The content was captured at the Edinburgh Festival 2016 as part of the COGNITUS project, and the video clips are made available in their native formats including all associated metadata. Detailed descriptions of the content, including some preliminary analysis and conditions of usage are presented in this document.
